This assistant only works in the malls internal and public areas, and in external areas close to the entrance gates.
These sectors were equipped with state-of-the-art beacons to enable “Gps Indoor” resources used.
Spatial audio description resources help moving through corridors, accessing stores and utilities such as bathrooms and drinking fountains, crossing transition points such as elevators and ramps, as well as warning about the presence of tactile flooring and warning about nearby obstacles.
All store descriptions include specific accessibility information, with audio description explaining details of how to access the store, the existence or not of barriers and doors at the entrance, and locomotion facilities without its interior.
Likewise, audio descriptions about the interior of bathrooms, elevator buttons and others are available.
